How our age-verification works?
Everything happens on your customer’s phone.
Your Machine will always be locked and can only be unlocked with unique customer codes.
New Customer (20-second process):
When new customers visit your machine, they’ll be asked to scan a QR code on your machine’s screen to register quickly. Immediately after registration (ID verification + face recognition), the customer will be given a code to unlock the machine to start shopping.
Returning Customer (3-second process):
A returning customer will be asked to scan the QR code on the screen to log in to their Chow account and retrieve their unlock code.
